Thank you very much for organising my tour programme to Cochin effectively from 15th July to 19th July 2017. Myself and my family members really enjoyed the trip. I feel it is not sufficient to simply thank you for the arrangement but I want to place it on record about the two key persons who have made our trip more enjoyable.

The first one is Ms.Delsy. She not only took care of finalising my tour programme but had taken lot of efforts to make the trip enjoyable. On the first day, we were accommodated at Clirind Resort. While check-in, my family members really excited. The saying is that first impression is the best impression. This best impression carried out through out the tour. Every day, she used to call me and enquire about the tour. I felt it was something beyond business. I did not think that she did it for mere business but I felt that she was so anxious to ensure that trip should be a memorable one. My family members join with me in thanking her for all her efforts.

The Second one is Mr.Jittin. I do not want to mention him as driver. Because, he became one of our family members. In such a young age, he has got very good patience and knowledge about the entire touring places. He explained each and every thing. Excellent driving particularly in hill-stations. So many curves were there but his driving was so safe. Throughout my trip, I could only see his smiling face. My son used to call him as "Chetta!! Chetta!!". He was very punctual at all places right from airport pick up till dropping at airport. I wish him all success.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had availed your 4 Star package from 22-25 Sep`17. I must say it was very nicely and efficiently arranged . The cab transfers were smooth and the Hotel (Tea Valley) selected was excellent in terms of service responsiveness and wide variety of menu. The house boat (Evershine) was also good , however it could have been better.

Some point to consider:

House boat experience has to be more clearly explained. The boat lacked basic necessity of mosquito net to cover the deck, whereas a similiar boat of the same company parked nearby had the deck covered completely by a mosquito net. It makes a huge difference as the boat is stationary and is open to mosquitoes and other small insects which makes it difficult to sit out in the evening .

Besides the above my thanks and compliments to Delsey who answered my all queries patiently and was available at all times. I must also commend taxi driver Joji who was well mannered . polite. very pleasant , ever smiling and ever helpful.

Thanks once again fro the delightful experience. I shall recommend you to all my friends planing a visit to Kerala.

We had a very nice trip in Kerala with your support. All the arrangements were very satisfactory except the accommodation at Atherrapally (Bythinia Resort). My suggestion would be to offer better accommdation. The cab driver was an excellent guide. Our good wishes to him.

My daughter who is in Bangalore is considering a short trip to Alleppy Back- water and Munnar. The party would be of four adults and one child of Seven years.

I am attaching a itinery. Please let me know the tour price for four adults, both economy and Delux.
